The Lakeview condos are located near Lake Whatcom at 3700 Alabama St. The condos have views of Lake Whatcom and Scudder Pond. The common areas include 200’ of Lake Whatcom frontage with a gazebo with power. There is also a clubhouse, with an exercise room, laundry facilities, and banquet room with a deck, fireplace, and guest suite. There are a total of 74 condos in the Lakeview Condominiums.

There are one bedroom and two bedroom condos available in Lakeview. The one bedroom condos range between 667 sq.ft. and 718 sq.ft. The two bedroom condos also have two different sizes, as some of the two bedroom condos have a second ¾ bathroom. The two bedroom and one bathroom condos are 895 sq.ft and the two bedroom and 1 ¾ bathroom condos are 960 sq.ft.

The Lakeview condos do not have garages, but do have assigned carport parking spaces. Each condo has one assigned parking space. Some of the condos have covered carport spaces and others have uncovered parking spaces. The Lakeview condos do have individual washers, dryers, and balconies. The heat source for all of the condos is electric baseboards.
