The Lincoln Creek Condos are centrally located near Fred Myer and the Bellingham Aquatic Center. The condos were built in 2005 by Cabochon Construction. There are three stories with a total of 33 condos. The Lincoln Creek condos also have an underground garage with at least one covered parking space for each unit.

All of the Lincoln Creek condos are modern with functional floor plans, Kohler fixtures, and a beautiful courtyard. The top floor condos feature dramatic 13’ vaulted ceilings. Condos range from 1 bedroom and 1 bathrooms up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sizes range from 620 sq.ft. up to 1,051 sq.ft.

The Lincoln Creek Condos are a great location for WWU students as well as people with active lifestyles that want to be close to Civic field and the Bellingham Sportsplex. The condos are on the Bellingham bus line, which creates a convenient commute to downtown or campus.
