The El Dorado condos are an age restricted (55+) gated condominium community located in north Bellingham. There are 12 separate buildings in El Dorado with a total of 63 condos. All condos are one level and there is an elevator in every building. Each condo also includes a private detached one car garage.

Built in 2005, El Dorado features both community and individual modern amenities. The El Dorado community amenities include a beautiful clubhouse with a kitchen and putting green for your golfing entertainment. Individual condos have high speed Internet, cable TV, efficiency radiant floor heat, crown molding, 10’ ceilings, and a gas fireplace.
